Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must have all original tags attached, and must be in original condition (no signs of wear, stains, or odors).

Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. If you purchased online, please include your order number in your return request.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they are still in new condition and meet the return requirements. Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable.

Refunds

Method: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once your return is approved.

Timing: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account after it’s processed.

How to Return or Exchange

Online Returns: For online orders, please contact us at jenna@shopcottonandcurls.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
